What this chapter covers

This chapter covers ceramic products that have been fired after shaping. It takes in refractory bricks and ceramics, building bricks and roofing tiles, floor and wall tiles, laboratory and technical ceramics, ceramic sanitary fixtures, porcelain tableware and kitchenware, and ceramic ornaments. Products heated to less than 800 °C merely to cure resins, accelerate hydration or drive off water are not treated as fired and stay outside the chapter; headings 69.04 to 69.14 also apply only to products other than those of 69.01 to 69.03.

1. Bu fasıl, sadece, şekil verildikten sonra pişirilmiş seramik mamullerini kapsar:

(a) 69.04 ila 69.14 pozisyonları sadece 69.01 ila 69.03 pozisyonlarında sınıflandırılanların dışındaki mamullere uygulanır.

(b) Reçinelerin kürlenmesi, hidrasyon reaksiyonlarının hızlanması veya su veya diğer uçucu bileşenlerin

uzaklaştırılması gibi amaçlarla 800 °C den az sıcaklığa kadar ısıtılmış ürünler pişirilmiş olarak değerlendirilmez.

Bu ürünler 69. fasıldan hariç bırakılmıştır; ve

(c) Seramik ürünler önceden genellikle oda sıcaklığında hazırlanmış ve şekil verilmiş ve inorganik, metalik olmayan

maddelerin pişirilmesi ile elde edilir. Ham maddeler diğerleri meyanında, kil, silisli malzemeler, erimiş silika dahil,

(h) 91. fasıldaki eşya (saat ve saat mahfazaları gibi);

(ij) 94. fasıldaki eşya (möble,lambalar ve aydınlatma cihazları, prefabrik yapılar gibi);

(k) 95. fasıldaki eşya (oyuncaklar, oyun ve spor levazımatı gibi);

(l) 96.06 pozisyonundaki eşya (düğmeler gibi) veya 96.14 pozisyonundaki eşya (pipolar gibi); veya

Import duty rates across this chapter

The range is always computed WITHIN a single column: showing the EU column and the all-other-countries column as one range would misstate the duty. The binding rate depends on the twelve-digit code and the country of origin.
